At Spin Bagel, we bring together the expertise of a registered dietitian/nutritionist and a proud NYC Union Ironworker who brings with him the skills from a long family history of NYC deli/cafe owners. Our mission is to provide busy professionals, commuters, and our community with delicious, health-conscious foods made from high quality ingredients. We are committed to crafting whole foods with clean ingredients as we do not cook any of our meals with seed oils (i.e. canola, vegetable, soy or corn oil). We source our ingredients from local farms and family owned businesses that follow our same mission. Our meats (i.e. bacon, sausage, ham, turkey, roast beef, etc) are all uncured and do not contain any nitrates/nitrites, artificial flavors or preservatives. Our goal is to nourish both body and mind, offering convenient, wholesome choices for those on the go without compromising on taste or quality.

Our bagel recipe undergoes a unique fermentation process and utilizes unbleached and unbromated flour which allows us to offer a gut friendly version of a NY staple... with a spin.
